We bought three valance sets. Not one valance length matches the others. Each valance has to be hemmed . The length is supposed to be 24 inches, on each piece, the length varies from 24 " to 25" .

Ordered a full-size bookcase daybed. Overstock shipped a twin instead. I documented the error with their own listing's dimensions, and for the first several emails they denied any fault — even arguing the photos "matched." Only after repeated escalation did they ship the correct full bed. Because the wrong bed had already been professionally assembled before the size error was visible, I had to pay for assembly twice — once for the incorrect bed, once for the replacement. Overstock declined to reimburse the assembly cost caused by their own fulfillment error. The right item eventually arrived, but it took weeks of persistence and documentation to get there. Factor in the possibility of this kind of runaround before ordering large furniture from them.

The item of artificial turf was the worst quality I never expected to get. It is so thin you can almost see through it. It would never last through a winter in Nevada. I would never order through Overstock again if this is the quality I would receive. First time and maybe my last.

We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment with the artificial turf. We understand your concern. Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. You can reach us at [email protected] if you wish to set that up.

There are no screws update as of 9/30/26: We finally got the screws from the manufacturer "LEISURE MOD" but we still need the legs as they shipped the wrong ones. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Shipping was fast and safe. I haven't assembled the light yet, but have another one and I love it. It's not Glass, but still beautiful! Just think how much a real glass shade would actually cost!
Response from Overstock.comSep 24, 2026
We're so glad to hear that your order arrived quickly and safely! It's wonderful that you already love another one of our lights and appreciate the beauty of this one, even without a glass shade. Thank you for your kind words!

I would like to return these items. The reason for my request is while putting the chairs together I decover that the screws holes on the chair backs do not line up

I’ve received multiple emails three days ago stating my item was out for delivery and it has not yet arrived. It’s a gift and now too late
