Beautiful rug; color just a bit off
The ordering process was smooth and delivery was prompt and efficient. The product itself looks different from how it appeared online. However, I still like it and appreciate the high quality and value for money.

This company did not deliver my order
This company did not deliver my order. They said that I canceled it. Which I didn't. We were waiting for it, It was a birthday gift for my grandson.

Delivery was quick and well informed…
Delivery was quick and well informed via email. Ordered a bath rug set the color was light blue but The actual color is different then the photo on The webpage . I would rather keep item then pay to Return it.

Misleading listing, late delivery and then blocked from returning item
I bought this because it was advertised as next day delivery. It didn't arrive for another five days. It's not quite right so I want to return it. When I press the 'Start Return' button it says I can't return it. I called the help center and they told me this is because it's from a third party seller and I have to contact them. I have an email address to contact them but nowhere on the listing did it say it was non returnable. Really poor experience with Overstock, the issue isn't resolved and I will not be ordering from them again. Compare with service on sites like Home Depot for example where returning items is simple and swift.

Good product.
Good product.! It was just what we needed. Also, it arrived in a timely manner. *One item that you may share with your shipper. The shipping carton had noticable signs of mishandling. Fortunately, you had packaged it securely, so the furniture piece had no damage.
