The package was delivered, and I guess it was late at night because the next morning when I checked, it had been out in the rain all night and the box was totally soaked. Whoever delivered, it could have brought it up to a covered front porch as it was raining the whole day off and on I’m a bit disappointed in the ottoman as it had plastic around it, but it had gotten wet and there was moisture underneath between the plastic and the ottoman and it got wrinkled, looking not happy with the product at all.i took pictures of the soaked box if you would like to see it.

Very courteous fast and helped me got it canceled. They’re an excellent job.

I have not received my y complete order. Only one sign was sent, another is to be delivered on the 23rd. The box is damaged and the sign I did receive is bent. I did receive the second item which is not damaged. The Overstock response I received advised me to contact them at Social.Overstock.com. On 10082026 I was unable to locate this site. Your chat box stated it had no information regarding this URL. I then called customer service and spoke w Ivan. He was very courteous ; however he also did not recognize the URL. I could return the damaged item and receive a replacement. Due to the current cost of gasoline I am not willing to do this. He offered a partial refund of $7.11. Although I do not feel this is an adequate partial refund. I accepted this option. Due to the length of time I spent trying to contact Overstock, the inaccessible URL and the inadequate partial refund I have udated my review from 2 stars to 3 stars.
