Customer service never responded to an email I sent. I never got tracking via txt as requested. Very difficult to reach anyone. My current order of end tables do not fit together correctly.

Absolutely love my carousel book shelf! It holds so many books. My whole Stephen King collection plus many others! I didn’t have to wait long either it was delivered within a week. I’ve shown photos to friends and they have said they will be ordering one either for themselves or their kids.

you do not keep up with the vendors - i ordered sep 11 AND STILL NO ACTION FROM VENDOR WHO JUST CREATED A UPS PICK UP TRACKING NO. ON SEP 14 AND STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED THE ITEM AS OF SEP 19. VENDOR WILL NOT ANSWER YOU ON WHEN THE ITEM WILL SHIP.
