Dining room set arrived on time and was easy to put together. Good value for the price

I ordered a recliner, it was delayed two days from the original date of delivery. It was easy to assemble until it was time to add the arms to the recliner. The arms on the right and left has the exact same brackets so in reality the arms will not fit on the recliner, it is also not sturdy. Very disappointed and upset due to I needed this recliner due to the fact I am having rotator cuff surgery.

We are truly sorry to hear about the shipping concern and the issues you experienced with the assembly. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation is. Your account has been reviewed and we have confirmed a return for a replacement was processed.

As usual the item was just as illustrated online. I can always count on cute, modern stuff from Overstock! The only wrong with this item was that there were no instructions. I had to pull up the picture and figured it out. Wasnt too difficult , maybe that’s why they didn’t include any? But had it upside for awhile which was frustrating .

Although I really like the end tables the one table has about 10 knots in the top it looks funny

Customer service rep was short, somewhat rude and close to yelling- I had called due to an extraordinary shipping fee that was going to be charged to me , (due to warehouse deciding to ship small pillows in sperate boxes) they could have easily shipped in one box but because I had to return, she tells me to go out and get another box to put them all in, because the "company" paid too much on outbound shipment to me,- I shared this was a poor call on your side because clearly this makes no sense, the cost of the entire order is not worth returning for a new 50% in shipping fee to me, and I asked for another solution. She just kept repeating company policy, wasn't really trying to solve the issue. I explained we should find a win-win, not a win -loose and she wasn't having any of it. Very disappointing and when I shared you've likely lost a customer it didn't seem to bother her. I would not have her working for me and if this is your "policy" to use too many boxes when its not even needed you have a bigger problem with excessive shipping fees with returns and poor service- not a good combination.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent experience with our customer support team and return process. We deeply regret that your interaction felt dismissive. We have checked your return and confirmed one return label was sent for you to return the pillows in.
