OvernightSmileReviews of overnightsmile.com

The company are great and offer a service that is faster and cheaper than the other company I used before. The live chat is really the best part about the company, they reply almost instantly any time of day which is very hard to compete with. I would 100% recommend!

I recently purchased the Overnight Smile mould kit to start my retainer process, and I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service. After receiving the kit, I made an error while using it. However, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I reached out to their live chat support, and within 5 minutes, they had assessed my situation using the pictures I sent and provided a solution. Their prompt and helpful response made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Overnight Smile for their outstanding customer service and support. I'm looking forward for the treatment beginning and seeing the results.

My interaction and experience with the team has been excellent. Very clear communication and I'm looking forward to a good result!

I have used overnight smile aligners now and find the product brilliant, The customer service is constant and always helpful, i paid via the 3 stage payments which made it more affordable for me. I am currently waiting for my final aligners but so far its been great and at considerably less cost than quoted by my dentist

The customer service is excellent. Everything is so simple to use, from ordering the impressions to being updated about the aligners. I’m very impressed!

I have had a really good experience with this service so far. I am on step 7 of 12 and my catch up with the overnight smile dentist this morning went really well. The chat team are really responsive and helpful. Highly recommend 👍 I love the fact it's all done from home.
