Very good results after finishing the ons alignment system. I would definitely recommend. Had no problems and was all very easy. I had upper and lower jaws and moderate crowded teeth and was all fixed in 5 months.

I'm so happy I found OvernightSmile. I am on my third day and the whole process has been easy. I received my £39 refund but I had to call them. The guy over the phone was very polite and he said I would receive the refund which I did. My aligners came on time exactly like it's on their website. The bottom ones are not fitting but I already emailed them with pictures and I am sure they will sort this out. I highly recommend OVNS!

I am still waiting for my aligners, but so far have had a very good experience with customer service. The refund for the impression kit was not returned automatically. I contacted OvernightSmile via the chat function, and the agent - Alison - processed the refund manually within a few minutes and I received the receipt. Very speedy and courteous.

I am about three months into process and I am pleased with results. The good bits: Cheapest on market Easy to sort out yourself at home - I don’t think you need a dentist Responsive Effective results The bad bits They say that the guarantee is only valid if you take a picture of your teeth everyday. I started doing this but hard to remember everyday. I have stopped taking pictures as I am pleased with progress. I had to ask three times for the £39 refund of impression kit (you get this if you proceed to full offer within timeframe) It did take a few weeks to get my aligners (over Christmas period). The 7 day is not accurate. They should be open about actual lead times. Ultimately it is not an issue. There is a little bit of discomfort on first couple days. But I saw my NHS dentist and he said that is normal. He recommended I went to hygienist for full cleaner beginning of process. I waited three months before giving review but this has been great for me personally. Seeing the results. I didn’t want to spend £3k on the market leading brand. If you read instructions, then you don’t need dentist. I just saw my regular dentist and told him and he gave all clear. He did say he would have charged £3k for main brand.

I've recently ordered an impression kit from Overnight smile which I've returned and promptly received my treatment plan. I've not received my aligners yet so can't comment on how effective they are but I must say this companies 'Live chat' messaging is brilliant, possibly the best I've ever experienced. You get an almost immediate response and you are communicating with a human not a virtual assistant. Top class customer service in my experience so far.

1 week in, after a bit of filing away sharp edges the aligners are quite comfortable. I’ve had a few queries on the chat and responses are immediate and really helpful - certainly quicker than trying to get a phone call or appointment with an orthodontist. Very happy with the service so far.

I was recommended this system by my cousin who finished and had great results in just under 5 months. I've just purchased the impression kit and the customer service was very quick and helpful with all questions. Looking forward to getting started.
