I don't understand why i was found not to be suitable for the aligners and i think it is unfair that i cannot have them. i understand it is a medical device and they have to be picky but i think they should be a bit more fair in who they accept. They recommend i look into traditional metal braces with an orthodontist but i am not doing that!

Delivery was a couple of days late but the team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. My block has a communal mail area and the front desk had misplaced it but the team managed to do all the leg work and find out where the package was and were very kind about everything. Am on my 4th aligner now and will update soon with progress.

Good job on the aligners but I wouldve thought such a big company wouldve found a way to make these faster. mine took 5 months and i was hoping to finish in 2 or 3. i think they could do better.

My partner did the ons braces and got a good result but i am quite annoyed still that I was told i wasn't suitable because of my gums from the online consultation. They did say it was for my own benefit and they are strict about who they take on for safety reasons but i got accepted for smiledirect although i never went ahead because i was scared to.
