This company was a live saver!
This company was a live saver!! We are away and my daughter lost her glasses. I placed an order not knowing how it would go. Christine from customer service was a sweetheart and helped me process the order and saved the day! She was so kind and helpful and made the whole process super easy! Great experience
This is my second time ordering from here. The first time my son needed reading glasses black because he was going to boot camp and we had a little time to get any RX filled by any local optometry, we ordered a pair they came too small than expected (our mistake) then we got a replacement with the correct frame sent to us right before he needed to report. The second time I ordered some glasses for my daughter and we received them in less than 2 days. Soon I have to order mine and I will use this company again, so far I can just say I’m very content with my experience and the quality of the glasses, super fast shipping, and great variety of brands and frames.

No delivery or proof of deliver, and no recourse.
delivery was late. Arriving after I was leaving for an extended period of time. Company says delivered, but no proof is provided. None. For almost $400 I expect a picture.
