January 27, 2026 – Final update - I can see that many customers have smooth experiences here, and I’m glad that’s true for them. Mine required some persistence and firm but respectful advocacy, and once that happened, the company showed real commitment to my satisfaction. Original review (revised for length) I ordered glasses in December 2024, mainly because Overnight Glasses carried a hard-to-find frame that I love. They arrived after about 10 days and worked well for a few months. When a frame arm broke in late April 2025, I emailed with photos, but the initial replies focused on it being ‘past the warranty period. At first, I didn’t feel the same level of commitment to my satisfaction that their website describes, so I named that in my replies. That’s when someone more senior stepped in and took extra care to reaffirm their commitment to customer satisfaction. The company did make me a new pair of glasses after I clearly described my experience and concerns. The communication became more human, and they agreed to send a replacement pair while we worked out other questions I had about frame availability and warranty information. Overnight Glasses and I ultimately landed in a good place, and I left the experience feeling well taken care of. I feel they went out of their way to make things right once we were really in dialogue.

You definitely won't get your glasses overnight. I paid for rush shipping, call them. They told me it's due to ship out Friday. We'll have them by saturday.Even though that still would have been twenty four hours late. Saturday, I left the voice message since the office is closed.But somebody did return my call telling me it's still in production.And they have not. At this point I asked them to cancel it because my glasses will be ready by my eye doctor these were just a cheapo pair, even though they were $200 to get me by, so I could see. This is not a truthful company.I canceled this order.They tell me they would expedite a refund that still has not happened. As to you reply, let's call a spade a spade and do not lie. First off, your agent already told me your machine scratched the lenses. The first time around, then the second time around during production. The machine scratched the lenses. The second time, then when it was supposed to go out the same day. You missed the delivery. My glasses were supposed to be delivered on a Friday. Saturday came in went. I was told they were still in production Monday. I called Alvin Garcia said they would ship out that day Tuesday morning. I woke up to another notice. How you missed the deadline for shipping? It out I have every email to prove it so please don't lie

Ordered 6 days ago, glasses still haven’t shipped. I’m glad I was just testing the service but I wouldn’t use them again since they don’t do the thing they specifically advertise. Will update regarding quality when I get the glasses. They don’t appear to guarantee anything so it’s a gamble to use them for their advertised purpose. EDIT 4/24/25 I wanted to give them another shot so I ordered at 11:15 am on a Wednesday. They say they can get it to you next day if you order before noon. They’re in California and I’m in Washington state. Several hours after my order I received a phone call, text and email that my requested frames were out of stock. I responded within 5 minutes to the email but just received a note that I will not get my glasses in the advertised time. I would highly recommend not relying on them.

I was able to reach Paul about a concern that happened to be an issue that was a technical glitch and he was very thorough and resolved everything immediately even at their expense. Amazing customer service and I will absolutely entrust them with future purchases.

I really screwed up my order and Alvin Garcia made recovery simple and painless. He was professional, courteous, and put up with my sense of humor. Personal touches like this are unfortunately rare, but will cause me to go back to Overnight Glasses anytime. Really impressed.

I sent in frames with a new prescription and initially received glasses that I could not see through. I couldn’t read the computer screen. I sent an email and Alvin Garcia sent me a label to return them. He aired for a picture of me wearing the glasses. The corrected glasses I received are perfect. Thank you Alvin for your service.

Thanks to Alvin Garcia and staff who answered all my questions online. My frame was sent and lens replaced in just days,that and pricing are absolutely incredible! I have another pair that I will be sending in very soon. THANK YOU Overnight Glasses!!
