I never post reviews on any website, but Overnight Glasses is the best site I’ve ever purchased eyeglasses from, and I have purchased from many. My glasses were on my porch less than 24 hours after I ordered them. Their prices were as good or better than any other site I looked at. I was so satisfied I bought another pair the following week.

I have never had a worse experience with a company. After two incorrect prescriptions being put into my frames (both verified by my optometrist as incorrect), sending the glasses back twice, having them lose my original lenses I sent with my frames, over 50 emails back and forth with their “customer service” department, multiple calls to be given the run around, I was finally refunded but it did not come close to compensating me for the inconvenience and complete waste of time this was. If I could warn every potential customer not to use them I would. Complete incompetence. My optometrist was absolutely shocked at their inability to simply fill his prescription. Please don’t waste your time with this scam of a company.

One arm on the glasses was crooked when they arrived but I needed an emergency pair so I dealt with it. Had to modify the arms because the glasses kept on sliding down. About 1 year later and all the paint has chipped off the frame, occasionally landing onto the lenses. I'll have to get a new pair soon. Quality control not what I expected.

Overnight Glasses made it easy to re-lense my glasses! I simply submitted my prescription, selected the lens that I wanted, paid the bill, then OG sent me the shipping label for me to send in my glasses. They took it from there! They even sent me an interim update about how my glasses are progressing. When I got them back, as promised, I got a microfiber mini towel and a lens spray. It took me a little more than a week from end to end but I wasn't in any rush and therefore did not select the fastest option.

From start to finish this was the easiest, most straightforward, and honestly pleasant eye-wear purchase I've ever been through. Frames/Lenses are perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The tools on the site help quickly identify things that may not have been included on the Rx (pupillary distance for instance) and are instantly applied to the order. Smooth as can be, and my glasses arrived next day with no issues. Great Experience!
