McGivern Diamond was referred to me by a friend in 1998. They provide exceptional customer service second to none and I have a high bar to meet. I work for a Luxury dealership that demands your best everyday so I know the efforts it takes to deliver a seamless great experience to your guests. Mike and his team have exceeded my expectations all 4 times I have called to purchase their exquisite product. I am no doubt a Customer for Life

Working with Michael was such a pleasure. He was timely and creative in his designs. The end result was so much more than I had envisioned, simply beautiful. He was available to answer any questions we had about the process. There are so many loose diamonds available to choose from, able to fit any budget.

This is my fourth purchase from McGivern. Each experience is better than the last. Some purchases have been modest and others once in a lifetime. It doesn’t matter what you are buying. The service is personal and top notch. Mr McGivern has helped guide me with his expertise and good taste. Truly a fantastic experience.

My fiance bought me the most gorgeous engagement ring here to set his grandmother's diamond. It's unique and fabulous! About a year later, I needed a repair to my ring and it was so easy to contact the owner, Michael. He took care of me and made the whole process simple--even during the COVID pandemic! Within a week of contacting him, my ring was repaired and back to me, even though I live out of town. I highly recommend this jeweler!
