It's so nice to have a trusted and reliable source for your jewelry needs. Thank you for taking all the mystery and risk out of buying for my wife over the years. You really came through on Mother's Day this year. Thank you Mike. I highly recommend McGivern Diamonds!

Have done business with them for about 15 years. Never met them other than on the phone. Always a pleasure and never had any problems. Same for my friends that I have sent there.

Even though I moved two states away, I still only use McGivern because their service and prices can't be beat! I dropped off a couple of rings to be used for a new ring setting when I was I town, and they offered to ship the final product back to me free, which I thought was above and beyond. Everything I've had them do has had stunning results. I highly recommend!

If you are reluctant to purchase a diamond online... don't be! Michael McGivern is a trustworthy straight shooter and he has taken all the risk out of online diamond buying. McGivern Diamonds gives you everything you need (Data, GIA Certificate, Rotating Image) online to select the right diamond and then he makes it very easy for you to receive the physical stone and confirm in person that it is the right one one for you. It is a completely transparent process and if you uncomfortable with anything, he pays for return of the diamond and refunds your $. I strongly recommend that you give McGivern a shot!

I was initially skeptical about buying an expensive ring from an online retailer. I found Mike's site, clicked around a bit and decided to give Mike a call. He picked up the phone immediately and helped me find the diamond that met my criteria. Further, he offered a 100% refund if my wife wasn't satisfied. I'm happy to report that we received the ring earlier than the agreed date and it was beautiful. I recommend Mike without reservation.

McGivern came highly recommended from the sister of my soon-to-be fiancé. Mike did not disappoint. I live two states away and Mike worked with me over the phone and through email to develop the perfect ring for her and it turned out even better than I expected. Mike has earned my future business and I look forward to working with him again.

This was my second purchase from them. I knew what I wanted and I knew the price and I was able to get that from a given mcGivern. Through the process I had several personal conversations with Mike McGivern. Everything that he said and promised came to fruition in the expected time. It was almost as good as having a member of the family in the business.
