My wife is simply ecstatic about her new ring, and we are both extremely pleased with the entire buying process. Mike is an expert in this field, and his personal touch made the experience even better! We are very satisfied and would recommend McGivern Jewelers to everyone!

Exceptional service in every way possible! I have been working with McGivern Diamonds over the past weeks in order to purchase an engagement ring. Michael quickly responded to all of my emails and provided expert advice on every question I posed. He was tremendously helpful and extremely polite during the entire process. When the ring was initially delivered and did not turn out exactly how I had envisioned, he went above and beyond to correct all of the concerns I had to ensure the ring was perfect. I could not imagine going anywhere else to purchase jewelry and would recommend McGivern Diamonds to all of my family and friends.

got one ring as a gift from my sister.... I simply loved it...

Michael of McGivern Diamonds was extremely easy to work with. He enhanced my knowledge of the diamond buying process when I was looking for a engagement ring for my fiancée. I provided him with criteria I was looking for and he gave me even better suggestions. It all led to a perfect ring within my budget. The process was seamless fast and I had the ring in less than a week.

We have had multiple interactions with McGivern Diamonds over the years, including commissioning custom jewelry and most recently, reconditioning / repair on a couple pieces. Mike is beyond responsive, and their work is beautiful. You can't go wrong with McGivern Diamonds.

Each time we think there's a better store out there, we keep on bouncing back to Michael McGivern. There's no better shop that can live up to their excellent customer service, the prompt response you get, the trust he builds in every transaction, the quality & well priced diamonds, and the treatment a customer deserves no matter what the price of the goods you're purchasing. We've dealt with Mike McGivern over the last 15 years. First, we purchased my engagement ring in 2003 then in 2011, we purchased a pair of almost 1 carat a piece for a pair of earrings and then very recently we had my engagement ring reset to add more stones. Each transaction was a pleasure. No hard selling. I'm loving our latest purchase that adds so much sparkle to my finger. We're sure to return.

Great experience! Extremely easy to work with, very professional and quality product! Would work with Mike again.

Mike McGivern was great to work with. I needed a custom engagement ring that represented a sizeable investment. After piecing together different pictures of rings we saw online, I met with Mike to come up with design and choose the diamonds. She wanted a three stone Emerald Cut Ring with a unique open band. After answering my questions about emerald cut diamonds, I knew I was working with a diamond expert. Although classy and straight-forward this style is a bit unusual these days. Such an important purchase always comes with some level of anxiety That anxiety left me when I saw the CAD design Mike emailed me within a week of the order, I knew the ring design was perfect. The ring arrived a couple weeks later in time to pop the question on her birthday. It was exactly as shown in the CAD diagram. Very classy and the stones were extremely well balanced. The ring was a big success and she can't stop looking at it. Lots of great comments from friends and relatives. To add to the positive customer experience, our appraisal came in thousands over the purchase price. Many thanks to Mike for his help in making this an easy and educational process. I highly recommend McGivern Diamonds.
