Should be more upfront in the ads
Outsource advertises "Fixing your hard disk for $60"!!! This is a fallacy. I would like to know how many of their customers are in this category! I was certainly not in that group! They do have a niche, but I wish there were more competitions to help drive down the exorbitant price they charge. I also wish they would be upfront with the ads so you won't get hooked to send them the disk in the first place. If you don't agree to the exorbitant quote, you would be concerned that the data will not be there untouched. They recently changed to the tone of "... from $99..." to be under $100! How smart? They should use an average price to advertise.

Repair Services Worked!!
Outsource recovery successfully matched and installed a new pcb on my non-working drive. I don't know how long the drive will continue to work ... but I do know that it worked long enough for me to recover the data and place that data on a new drive. Total cost (including $40 for overnight shipment for return of the repaired drive) was $100 ... v. data recovery quotes of $650 from other vendors. From the time I shipped my drive to Outsource Data Recovery, to the time the repaired drive was returned to me, was less than a week.

Great Service - Professional and reliable!
I was desperate as my external HDD fell on the floor and was damaged. Could not access my data of the last 10 years. Doing a quick search on internet I found Outsource Data recovery. Upon contacting them, they replied very quick and gave me details on how to ship the HDD to them and a very good diagnosing price. Upon receiving my external HDD withing 1 month or less they were able to get my data back to almost 85%. Amazing!! The communication has been professional and responding to my questions and concerns 24/7. Highly recommend this service.
