Incredible service
I sent my hard drive in to outsource data recovery after sending it somewhere else for an estimate. Outsource Data charges less than half of the other place and has outstanding customer service. They follow up very well, are easy to reach and go well above and beyond what they promise. Alex even helped guide me navigating my hard drive, which was mailed to me quickly. The pictures recovered are priceless!

Great service, too expensive
The customer service is great, the job they did recovering everything was great, but if I knew it was as expensive as it was, I would have gone elsewhere for cheaper! I had already paid the first fee, by the time the quote came around and the cost to ship it back, I figured I might as well pay the rest to be done.

Fast turnaround with results
Very quick and easy process and hard drive was repaired cheaply at the price quoted. One of the great thing about it is their ticket system that lets you monitor the device progress all the way through the recovery process, and customer service reps are very quick to respond to any question you have. There was a small glitch on their website if you are having the item shipped back to a different address than your billing address, but is very minor and did not affect the overall great experience of using their service.

Perfect Solution
ODR was phenomenal across the board. The website is very clear and easy to use. The communication before initiating the project was spot on and clear. The service level of data recovery from an old HDD was exactly what I needed. Absolutely perfect start to finish. Will be back and am immediately going to pursue partnership with this firm and my business. Thanks again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

After a H.D. failure: panic
After a H.D. failure, I researched online and was impressed with O.D.R. Their site laid out options and costs very clearly. After I sent my HD, the turn around time was short. Payment thru PayPal- easy as pie! And of course, I was happy when I hosed the drive back into the computer and IT WORKED again. Thanks guys! Best ~$100 I've spent lately.
