Very satisfied!

I tried couple of service providers and decided to try outsource data recovery after reading their reviews. Price was low compared to other data recovery companies. I got all my data back and worth the money I spent. I will surely recommend to my family and friends.

Soooo.... I accidentally plugged the 19v power supply for my MONITOR into my HARD DRIVE DOCK the other night, that My 1TB and 2TB HDDS were in... They would not spin up and they tripped the power supply for the dock if I tried to power them up... After searching high and low I stumbled across Outsource Data Recovery, which has an awesome service that suited my situation perfectly! They offer a $60 PCB repair, which is all my poor fried HDDs needed! They sent me a shipping label, I shipped them the drives and a short time later they told me they had repaired them BOTH! I promptly paid for their service and return shipping, got my drives back, plugged them into the new replacement dock and EVERYTHING IS THERE AND WORK EXACTLY AS BEFORE!!!! I CANNOT THANK OUTSOURCE DATA RECOVERY ENOUGH! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!

I began by trying to repair the disk myself. I bought a green card from them for $40. It turned out that just replacing the green card was not enough. So I sent them the drive so they could try to repair it. When I mentioned that I had bought a card from them to try the repairs myself, they suggested I return the card with the disk and they would refund my money on that. Unfortunately they were not able to repair the drive either (which would have cost only $60), but they were able to recover almost all of the data for $648. While that was quite a lot more than $60, it was in line with price estimates I had received elsewhere and the data was worth it. They were very accommodating with the "list" of files we supplied (it can be hard to remember the full path names of all your files). They kept in contact with me at every step. I highly recommend their services.

My USB was damaged and I called local areas to repair it and I would just be told there was nothing they can do or the cost would be too high. Found Outsource on the internet and they took care of my problem in less than 2 weeks at a very low price.
