Great job! The hard drive spun up perfectly and every file was still on it. I was able to recover every file and make a complete backup. My only disappointment was in not being able to find a way, through your website, to give you feedback on the results. I wanted to let you know that the drive was received and that I was able to access everything on it. But there's no way to do that.

I had a surge suppressor that no longer worked and I didn't know it. A power failure apparently fried my PC's power supply. After setting up a new computer, I discovered my backup drive hadn't backed up anything for a year and a half. I tried to recover files from the SATA drive of my failed computer without success. My last resort was a data recovery service. Sent it to ODR and they were able to recover everything on the drive to a USB memory stick. Professional people. Was surprised that my emails were answered usually the next day. I pestered them with questions and they patiently answered them all. Would recommend this service to anyone.
