When you are facing loosing your data…
When you are facing loosing your data on your backup drive, it is a dark time. Finding Outsource Data Recovery was a bright spot in the ordeal. I found Outsource Data Recovery to be totally honest and upfront about the possibilities of data recovery, they let me choose the path to take, replied promptly to messages and did everything they said they would do. The drive was repaired and I was able to recovery the data. I would definitely do business with them again. Thanks

Great service. Prompt and very professional. I would highly recommend them. My point of contact, Alex Didek answered any questions I had and made the process easy. It's rare to get this level of service these days.

My data was recovered in its entirety
My data was recovered in its entirety. It was not cheap...but what choice did I have? I failed to back up my extremely valuable data (my huge mistake) and I paid the price. However, having my data back intact is worth so much more. Alex Didek was also very easy to work with, very responsive, understanding and calm when I was in a panic. Thank you!
