Great job. Got my customer's data back.

Prices online are very misleading. Although they did finish my project in a timely manner, they were not clear on issues with the hard drive, prices was significantly higher than what was first thought. The employee I spoke with wasn’t friendly and seemed annoyed as I was trying to understand the issues with my project. Quick efficient process, but don’t see myself recommending or using them again.

ODR once again saved irreplaceable data quickly, expertly and for a good price. They always answer their calls personally and do the exact request. Top flight performance every time.

Great service the web interface for entering a service order works well and is informative. The repair worked perfectly and was very reasonably priced. The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is a time preference for more human interaction. That my preference and it might not be yours so keep that in mind. I highly recommend this company.

Everytime I use this company, I come away very impressed. They are the most reasonably priced company at what the do, bar none. They never try to sell you something you don't need.

I sent an NVME SSD to them for evaluation. The promise 24 to 48 hour turn around time on the evaluation. 21 days after they received the drive I called them to find out the status of the "24 to 48 hour" evaluation. About an hour after my call (the salesman and engineer were both out to lunch when I called initially) Alex Didek called me back and told me that regretfully my drive was unrepairable with current technology due to the fact that the "firmware was unavailable for terminal mode". He said that many NVME drives are currently unrepairable at this time. He also said that most of the chips used in NVME drives are of very poor quality and failures are common. I understand that the drive was unrepairable but to go 21 days without a response is inexcusable. They may be a good company but they definitely failed in the customer support department.

I was a little apprehensive to send my hard drive into Outsource. Mainly because of the sensitive data I had on it, but I am so glad I did. I was kept in the loop during every step of the process! Alex was kind of enough to add a military discount and worked out a payment plan with me. I took a little while, but I was happy to finally receive my new hard drive in the mail last week. All the pictures, music and vidoes are all there. Thanks to Alex and his team. Will definitely come to them again so I similar problem arise. Highly recommend!

Timely service, helpful support staff, recovered all of my data. I have nothing to complain about.
