No hidden fees. People were nice, everything went as expected !

Beautiful cabin and great value winter rates. We loved that it was pet friendly. Internet was a little slow but all the other amenities made up for it.

The place was great and in a quiet cul-de-sac. Very clean and inviting. The kids loved the gaming system and we brought our own board games and had some great family time. Close enough to the main strip in Pigeon Forge and many hiking options. Hot tub was a great way to end the evening and relax after a long hike. They even shipped back our tablet that was mistakenly left at the cabin. Would not hesitate to rent the same cabin and will definitely be back.

The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the initial person I talked with was rude, condescending, and not helpful with my questions whatsoever. The check in experience was wonderful, timely, and the cabin was very clean and exactly the way it was described. We had an issue with the lock on the door (battery died and we were unable to enter) and they had someone over with minutes. I would use them again, and I would stay at the very same cabin again. Our family had a wonderful time!

The cabins were prefect, the location was great and the staff was always friendly. Love this place and will return for sure.

We have stayed at Outrageous Cabins numerous times and typically had a good experience. However our last stay was very disappointing. The heat stopped working in our cabin and I called Outrageous Cabins. Instead of taking care of the issue themselves, they gave me the number for the HVAC company. I literally spent the next 4 hours either on the phone with the technician, trying their recommendations to fix the unit and ultimately waiting for an after hours technician to arrive. Outrageous Cabins did not offer us anything in the way of "apologies " nor were any discounts, next stay offers, etc offered. We felt it was their responsibility to fix the problem; but they made us take care of it. There are plenty of options when it comes to cabin rentals and while we will certainly continue to go to Gatlinburg, we probably won't use Outrageous Cabins again.

We come every year. We have never been disappointed, the property is always well kept and very clean. This year we happened to be there during a snow storm and the maintenance crew was out all day and all night to make sure the roads were clear for the guests staying on the mountain to travel safely up and down the road. I highly recommend this property and any of their properties, as we LOVE this place and have made some AMAZING memories there with our two teenage daughters, we look forward to returning every year!

Our cabin, Barely Awake was amazing!! The view sold us immediately, 360 degrees of mountainous views!! The cabin was on the small side but for a family of four it was perfect. The only thing I would complain about is that the fireplace didn't work. It's not far from Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge was just around the corner. Staff was friendly & booking g was very easy. We will be back for sure!
