I had ordered an Outin Mino and an Outin Nano. The Nano worked really well, but then the Mino had problems and it stopped working, to which the support team was happy to replace it with. And then I asked them if I could replace it with the Nano, which they were also happy with, and they gave me a set. And then they just wanted to find out what was wrong with the Mino. So we jumped on a video call and then they asked me a few questions about the Mino and they requested to have the Mino sent back so they could further evaluate what the problems are and make a better version, which I think is really good. And very few companies do that. After the interview, they offered me 50% off on anything else that I would like to purchase, which I thought was really generous.you can see that the team really cares about customer experience and they want to be better. So it's okay to make mistakes as long as they fix it and they're nice about it.

Le doy una estrella porque no puedo poner cero. Me ha llegado el pack q he pedido, y aunque su publicidad daba a entender q llevaba filtro para cafe molido y para cápsulas, solo viene el filtro de cápsulas. Se lo digo a la firma y me dicen q van a enviarme el filtro para cápsulas, lo acabo de recibir y no son piezas originales. Vergonzoso. Me han mandado dos piezas de plástico malo en una bolsa de plástico. No recomiendo para nada la compra. El cafe no sale ni parecido a las imágenes y me he gastado 200 euros en una máquina que no hace un café ni medio decente.

I bought the lot, not all at once, but the Fino and Mino first. Today was my first time using them and I have to say. The quality of the shot I pulled were surprisingly close to my lelit Elizabeth I have at the house! Which is why I bought all the products!!! I am excited to have this capability with me wherever I go! I travel for work from time to time and this has just removed coffee shop stops from my travels and I couldn’t be more grateful for this product!

Honestly I’ve been using their previous products and is pretty good so I decided to buy their latest product , but unfortunately they told me the gift set I choose is not available in UK warehouse and they can only ship it or post from the main warehouse in Shenzhen, China, but I have to pay the customs duties fee when it reaches here in UK , spending a high amount of money on their product and then pay customs duties fee I think is too much so I found another brand from same country and they will take care of customs duties fee from their side without paying extra from my side,

OutIn Espresso is great. Got the Nano with the 18gr basket expansion. You can make a really decent shot with a smooth workflow. With the Dreo milk frother, I have a setup I can take anywhere and I can make practically any coffee drink. Taste is high quality mokapot. Best way for espresso besides a full $600 machine

I have an aeropress , but that means I need my stove as well. So I bought the Mino. When out at scout camps ( I need coffee before I make breakfast ) , day hikes it's fab, I use the pods so easy to use and get a shot of coffee to keep me going. My budget couldn't afford the stand so I do have to hold it, which is a bit of a pain. It is heavy so for multi day hikes when I have my stove anyway I will use aeropress, but loving the mino so far a lovely espresso.
