Outdoor VitalsWe create high performance ultralight backpacking gear without middlemen or retail markups. When you're headed into the intensity of nature, having high performing ultralight gear is inspiring. It helps you go farther while staying safe and comfortable. It empowers you to go where you haven't gone before.Outdoor Vitals was founded for this purpose. We tenaciously pursue the design of performance ultralight gear and sell it directly to you without the extra fees of investors, middlemen or retail markups so you can spend more time outdoors pushing, learning and growing.By changing from the traditional way of doing business & selling directly to you we cut 40-50% out of the price tag of products sold through retail stores. We then turn around and invest those savings into building a better product so you know when you head to the mountains you have gear with you that is uncompromising in quality and design. Gear that will keep you comfortable and never limit you.We take the harder path of business to better connect you to the Vital Outdoors.

I have purchased a few recent items from OV, and they all met or exceeded my expectations. I have not had to send anything back, so I cannot speak to how easy or difficult that may be. They have come a long way from being a company that sold repackaged gear from China with inflated hype to becoming a genuine, innovative outdoor company. Some of their newer outerwear items are real game-changers. Their new Hybrid fleece is a fantastic piece of kit! I look forward to watching them continue to innovate and create top-notch outdoor gear.

Fantastic shirt with ample body and sleeve length for my 6'5" frame, and a snug-fit hood for cooler days. This shirt is a great addition for biking and on-water rowing, especially when paired with a jacket or vest.

Company seems fine. Not sure what this review they sent me is for. But the backpack wasn’t good for a major hike. All the weight hung on my shoulders on a test run around my house. I changed all the straps to try different ways to carry it. No dice.☹️
