All the good communication was a great help with the new backpack, however after having back surgery July 22nd the pack was not right for me and I had to return. If I did not have such a scar the pack would have been the best.

Love the pillow, I have had it on 2 trips now. I used to think a pillow was useless, but decided to give it a try. It is light enough and packs small enough that it almost seems like it not even in my bag. My sleep has been way better. I used to not be able to sleep all through the night, but on my first time using it I didnt even wake up once. This pillow is definitely a permanent addition to my pack.
