A PSA for any looking to join their $10 a month “membership”. You should note the $10 automated charge they hold for you to spend on their company cannot be returned. They also updated their policy so if you cancel your membership and don’t use the funds by 12 months after cancellation, they seize your entire balance.

IF you want to get scammed repeatedly, go ahead and buy from this company. I bought a hoodie at a promo price, then they started charging me $10/monthly 'subscription fee.' I contested, they said they would not refund but would cancel my 'subscription.' Then, last month and this month, they started charging me the $10 fee again - and again REFUSE to credit me. So now I get to go through hoops with my credit card company. I feel like burning the hoodie, doubt I'll ever wear it again.

Hey Will, we temporarily gave away our Altitude Sun Hoodie for free when customers signed up for our Live Ultralight Membership - which unlocks sitewide discounts year round, store credit, free shipping and other benefits. The Membership cost $10 per month. It seems you joined the Membership. Otherwise the sun hoodie would have cost you $50 full price.

Poor customer service. They ask customers to read the fine print on their procedures and take time to contact them only to be told that they themselves are a small business and cannot accommodate requests.

Customer service was terrible. In trying to return a purchase, it took numerous emails and numerous attempts at trying to reach them by phone, and then having to make an "appointment" to receive a phone call from a human. Not worth all the hassle.
