Easy, quick, well priced.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect size. Within a few hours of notifying the company, the order was updated to the correct size. It was so nice to receive a reply from an actual person! The hoodie arrived quickly and I am super impressed with the quality of the garment. I am more impressed with the customer service! Awesome company!

This company does everything right. Besides amazing products, this company also runs the OV100 Challenge — which, in my opinion, is one of the best events in the hiking industry. But beyond all of that, their customer service is just outstanding! A big shout-out to Dave at this place! It’s more than just a job for him — it’s a passion, and you can really feel it. I would even go so far as to say that the whole OV team works out of passion, not just for a paycheck!

I have bought a few items from Outdoor Vitals recently and I am appreciating each one of them for the high quality, the overall design and the outdoors-oriented features. The folks at OV are laser focused on making gear for those of us who spend time in nature. (I also particularly appreciate the fact that they have tall sizes!)

Love the products developed by outdoor vitals. I purchased jacket for myself and wife when outdoor was still in its start-up crowd-funding phase and we both loved the design (super compact, light and warm, big pockets that zipped up and folded into it's own bag, water resistance and adjustable straps, etc.). I completely forgot about the one-off purchase and many years later I was looking for something similar and could not find anything at all among the big named retailers and online. I was surprised to stumble into the Outdoor Vitals site and product catalog and happy to learn that the little start-up was now offering additional great products! Truly unique and high performance offerings!

This jacket is fantastic. It’s so very light and very, very warm and comfortable! My husband has been using it with just a base layer even down to 25° here.

IF you want to get scammed repeatedly, go ahead and buy from this company. I bought a hoodie at a promo price, then they started charging me $10/monthly 'subscription fee.' I contested, they said they would not refund but would cancel my 'subscription.' Then, last month and this month, they started charging me the $10 fee again - and again REFUSE to credit me. So now I get to go through hoops with my credit card company. I feel like burning the hoodie, doubt I'll ever wear it again.

I really like the prices, especially when combined with a sale. They offer incredible value on their products!
