sent the wrong item
Sent me the wrong item, bait and switch customer service is horrible total disrespect to me when and if they answer the phone told to email support. chat was just as bad didn't answer like they state on web page, double talk about return cost on site. last message completely ignored the issue that they sent wrong item told that's what they sell. yes, the wrong items they sell. I can go on but! Buyer beware! will be disputing with credit card this is my honest opinion I've gotten the run around so far. 6-12-25 and still going

Great Purchase for a Great Set of Lights
Had this set of lights before and hail damaged them and time faded the color. Payed a lot more for them at the time at QVC Shopping Network. Our most favorite pathway lights. Was so happy to see them offered them again in this gorgeous blue color. The price was amazing. They arrived on time and intact. We are so pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend your company!

I received the order but the tops did not fit my lights. The return process is vague and difficult.
I received the order but they were to small so I had to return them. I mailed them back yesterday. The return process is annoying. The website gives little information on the return process.
