When I received the product, a part was missing. I emailed customer service, who did initially respond, asking for my order number. I provided said number, twice, but have never heard back. Unfortunately, we cannot use the lights due to the missing part and I will be returning them.

Ordered 2 frameless candles. After 6 weeks of asking where my order wad I finally gave up and bought elsewhere. Their customer service is non existent. Lots of talk, zero action. A totally useless company. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a joke. I SPECIFICALLY asked prior to purchasing if they had a street light that ONLY comes on if I turn it on, not one that comes on every day at dusk. They sent me the $400 light that they recommend and I purchased it. At first the light didn't even turn on, so I contacted customer service and was told I had to lift the sticker and press the button because sometimes the button doesn't work (first red flag). So once I finally got the light to work, it turns out this light TURNS ON EVERY NIGHT on it's own, no matter what setting it is on. I contacted them to return the product and told them why, EDWIN (the joke of an owner, I assume?) provided me with return instructions. I spent $60 to mail it back to CA and now I've been fighting for a month to get my refund. I emailed three times asking for my refund, I had proof of delivery and he told me he never received it and I never contacted them regarding the return (even though edwin provided me with return instructions). So I opened a case with Paypal and Edwin emailed me immediately demanding I cancel the claim or he would send me to collections. What a joke. This guy is a scammer selling ridiculously overpriced temu junk out of his house in Los Angeles. 0/10 recommend. I wish I would have looked at his facebook reviews prior to purchasing because this seems to be an ongoing issue.

Absolute trash company. I order a patio heater to see if it would work in my space and it didn't. I thought i would be fine because their website says they have a 30 day return policy. I had to reach out 3 times by email and call twice before I reached anyone, they allowed me to ship back the heater ( on my own dime, they do not send you a shipping label) in that week of me trying to get ahold of anyone at the company, my kids ruined the shipping box so I sent a new one. When they received the heater back they told me that it was not the right box and it was damaged so they would not issue a refund but instead would give me a store credit. When I asked for proof of the damage the person emailing me stopped responding. So here I am with no heater, no store credit and a no recourse for the worst service I have ever received. I went to leave this review on their website and there is no where to actually leave a review even they they claim 5733 reviews, I asked their AI chat bot and the bot told me there is no where to leave a review. I will leave this review as many places as I can to try and warn people about these thieves.

Coupon codes didn't work, shipment notification included tracking number that didn't work anywhere. It was an Amazon tracking number, but they didn't recognize it. Makes you wonder if they just ordered it themselves on Amazon to give themselves a review.

I ordered lamp oil. I did not receive what I ordered. And I had to email the company multiple times asking about my order. There was no communication about my order. No order number, no tracking number, no confirmation. No communication until the day I received some resemblance of what I ordered. I will never order from this company again.

Spent a lot of money on products of which two of the lights didn't work. Contacted company right away by email. Just gave me the run around I'm sure they hoped I would go away. When I finally got threw to someone by phone they wanted me to spend more money saying it was probably the batteries when I told them that was unacceptable. Told me he didn't like my attitude and hung up on me. Get new people and get new and better batteries. Don't buy from this company...

Poor customer service from a rep named Robert..if that was his real name. Couldn’t get straight answers and he took forever to respond, if he did at all ..I bought these lights just now elsewhere and feel good I didn’t enable poor customer service here.
