Good Product, bad service. I like what the product does, and it is reliable. However, I've had problems needing and processing an RMA, which is taking too many emails to do. One RMA was rejected because I incorrectly named the part that was broken. When I tried to fix this, I was told I could not. Now I'm out $350.00.

First of all my purchase was taped and packaged together instead of being sent in a box like a customer who spent $149 on a purchase. Which my boxes were damaged upon arrival. Also because the boxes had so much tape on them, I cut myself trying to get through the tape. Shipping doesn't include a box with your purchase? I really hope these lights will function properly

They are extremely bright and have illuminated a set of maple trees as an anesthetically pleasing upgrade to our yard.

The first lights I ordered were not bright enough for my application. It took awhile to get response for the return. I was able to return them and reordered the street light version. We are satisfied with the product and are expecting years of good light!

Bought a pack of 5 lights. Two arrived broken. Poorly packed. Of the remaining three, one didn’t work, one worked for a day and one worked for three days. Complete junk.

Bulbs are deformed/melted.
