Great product

This company is a joke. I SPECIFICALLY asked prior to purchasing if they had a street light that ONLY comes on if I turn it on, not one that comes on every day at dusk. They sent me the $400 light that they recommend and I purchased it. At first the light didn't even turn on, so I contacted customer service and was told I had to lift the sticker and press the button because sometimes the button doesn't work (first red flag). So once I finally got the light to work, it turns out this light TURNS ON EVERY NIGHT on it's own, no matter what setting it is on. I contacted them to return the product and told them why, EDWIN (the joke of an owner, I assume?) provided me with return instructions. I spent $60 to mail it back to CA and now I've been fighting for a month to get my refund. I emailed three times asking for my refund, I had proof of delivery and he told me he never received it and I never contacted them regarding the return (even though edwin provided me with return instructions). So I opened a case with Paypal and Edwin emailed me immediately demanding I cancel the claim or he would send me to collections. What a joke. This guy is a scammer selling ridiculously overpriced temu junk out of his house in Los Angeles. 0/10 recommend. I wish I would have looked at his facebook reviews prior to purchasing because this seems to be an ongoing issue.

Love this company. Easy to order online, prompt delivery, great products and reasonable prices. Have ordered several times and each ordering experience has been great.

Truly are amazing

Absolute trash company. I order a patio heater to see if it would work in my space and it didn't. I thought i would be fine because their website says they have a 30 day return policy. I had to reach out 3 times by email and call twice before I reached anyone, they allowed me to ship back the heater ( on my own dime, they do not send you a shipping label) in that week of me trying to get ahold of anyone at the company, my kids ruined the shipping box so I sent a new one. When they received the heater back they told me that it was not the right box and it was damaged so they would not issue a refund but instead would give me a store credit. When I asked for proof of the damage the person emailing me stopped responding. So here I am with no heater, no store credit and a no recourse for the worst service I have ever received. I went to leave this review on their website and there is no where to actually leave a review even they they claim 5733 reviews, I asked their AI chat bot and the bot told me there is no where to leave a review. I will leave this review as many places as I can to try and warn people about these thieves.
