It appears it is impossible to return items. Product was purchased as a gift for my wife who determined she wanted a different product. Outdoor Solar Outlet said to return the item and provided and provided a shipping address saying they do not provide return labels. Therefore I paid for shipping and USPS attempted two deliveries and is sending the item back to me because Outdoor Solar Outlet is not accepting delivery nor willing to pick up the item at USPS service center.

Got the batteries. Installed today. Great fast service😊

Arrived early. Will not have time to use them for a month so cannot comment about effectivenes.

motion activated part works well

The product was of good quality, instructions terrible. They were obviously written by a Chinese person with no grasp of English. Also there were no real instructions on how to operate the unit. A QR code to a proper English You Tube video would have solved all of this frustration.

The size of the lamps was much smaller than expected. The return process was very cumbersome, and I am still waiting for the refund

Delivery took longer than necessary since it came from Amazon where I could have bought it $40 cheaper and delivered in 2 days instead of 8 days.
