Shipping was prompt, and the package arrived in good condition. The light poles seem to be holding up well. We have had a couple of days with 40+ mph wind gusts and they have held up. I might look for something a little sturdier when I install lights on my deck.

I ordered some outdoor solar lights. When they came, one was cracked. I contacted Outdoor Solar Outlet and they promptly replaced the cracked light.

Very impressed with these light. In fact, I'm so impressed I ordered these lights again. One was broken when the order was received, but I contacted your customer service immediately. They sent out a replacement the same day. Excellent experience!

Terrible customer service. They do not uphold their one year warranty. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing product. Let customers beware.

Where do I start? I am so pleased with the look of these solar lights. I have them in the Bronze color and they are beautiful. They are glass and that is what I was looking for. Seller packaged them very very well. I have not placed them outside yet .. living in Indiana ... we are still having cold weather. My home has colors of red brick and brown trim, hence the Bronze color of lights. They are very well made and I look forward to placing them outside by May 1st. Honestly, I always clean and put my solar lights away when fall/winter arrives. Maybe that's why they last so long.
