OutdoorplayReviews of outdoorplay.com

Great store with the best staff, they are friendly and you feel you are in good hand when you are asking for their support. I just placed my first online order with their help. Extremely satisfied

Recently I bought a farmer John wet suit and an NRS riptide paddling jacket with Outdoorplay. There were some issues with my order, through my own doing. I ordered the wrong size, and realized my error much later. The staff promptly and politely resolved my mistake. They were very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend Outdoorplay to anybody looking for high quality marine products with exceptional service!

Some of the best customer service ever! You should rate a company based on the service they perform "after" they have your money. They have been A++! I will continue to purchase here!

All went well with my order, except, pants were too big. But return was easy to do!

I have bought kayak gears and wears >20 times from Outdoorplay. The ordered ones are always delivered to Japan without any problems. The delivery is quick and fast. The customer service is excellent. I very much appreciate the outstanding international service of Outdoorplay.

Purchased a Kuat bike rack from Outdoorplay. They are very competitive and offered a great price. After ordering, it came in a few days through UPS. Smooth transaction and easy-to-use website. I would certainly purchase again from them.

I choose Outdoorplay because they are a local business and now more than ever we must try to support and promote local businesses. Due the pandemic, I’ve noticed that all outdoor equipment is sold out or taking longer to be shipped. That occurred to me with them, but it took less than 12 hours to get their reply back, assuring me they were working on it. Once my bike rack arrived, I realized it was an open box, not what I was expecting, but my disappointment last the hours they took to reply to my email. I got a call from an amazing customer service representative, who did her very best giving me different options and understanding the situation. She offered me several ways to emend the situation without hesitation, I could tell their priority was my satisfaction as a client. They followed up immediately over email. As A. Lappe quoted: “Every time you spend money, you're casting a vote for the type of world you want”

Ordered 4 NRS sun shirts. They arrived well packed and super fast! Will order again.
