Very simple to order. Friendly and helpful service!

Delivery was quick but we had an issue with one of the pieces, while it was frustrating they rectified the situation in a timely fashion. Holly was prompt and professional. The set up of the product wasn't as easy as it seemed it would.. but once completely put together we were happy with our purchase.

John was very helpful from the first time I called. I requested samples of wicker and fabric and he followed up nicely. He was helpful in checking on inventory allowing me to choose a set that would be shipped within 4-5 weeks. Most importantly, he was friendly and I felt very comfortable conversing with him.

I called Customer Service at one point. They were busy and told me someone would call back. They did and they were very friendly and helpful.

The website was relatively easy to navigate. I did have several questions so called and connected to John...he was very easy to work with and answered all my questions and those he didn’t have he looked into and got back to me in a timely manner. Loved that he didn’t try to oversell. He suggested that I get the furniture and then decide on pads. It was the right decision. Disappointed that delivery is almost three months out but, as I already have some similar furniture I know it’s worth the wait.

These COVID-19 conditions have called for us to shop differently and this often makes us completely dependent on the person managing our needs and wants. I emailed Outdoor Furniture Plus several times to inquire about a piece of Berlin furniture. Each time I hit the send button, within a matter of mere minutes, I received a reply. After umpteen email exchanges between them and me, I knew that to shop elsewhere would be unwise. I dealt exclusively with Holly, whom I eventually learned that she is the owner/operator of Outdoor Furniture Plus. In these times, when a consumer can do most of their shopping by internet, the consumer has choices. So why buy from Berlin Furniture PLUS! I found that Holly was quite knowledgeable about the products that her store carries, and most importantly, the manner in which she conducted herself spoke volumes about her desire to make me happy! She was professional, honest in what she could or couldn’t do, and NEVER once did I feel that she was was annoyed or put off by my many questions. It is difficult to purchase by faith, and even easier to be taken in by pretty pictures on web sites, but, I can assure that if you happen to shop at Outdoor Furniture Plus, you will be treated fairly, and, you’ll get all the information you need to make the best decision for YOU! I can also assure you that you will never need or want to go elsewhere for products that they carry. This is the place to spend your money if quality and professionalism is what you seek, AND, all of this comes along with assurance that you won’t be taken for a “ride around the mulberry bush.” Maxine (happy as a clam)!

So far the ordering process went along quite smoothly... I haven’t received the product yet so thorough review wouldn’t do you justice...... that’s why I gave Y’all a 3 Star Looking fwd to receiving our Swing... so I can give you a thorough review

I called Outdoor Furniture Plus and immediately was in contact with a real person that was not only extremely helpful with fixing my order but also very helpful and honest about delivery time ETA. I very much appreciate the excellent customer service.
