HOLLY from Outdoor Furniture Plus called & assured me my card had not actually been charged.. I get text notifications on my card charges & they use the word charged.. but it has not posted to the account. Holly explained the problem with their vendor & covid & we agreed on a strategy going forward. Thanks Holly for the response & claification My card was immediately charged when I ordered & I received a confirmation email. Its been a week, but no notice of when it will ship or if it is on stock. NOTE TO CEO...poor business to charge the credit card if you do not have product. There is website order tracking & it does not acknowledge my order #. Poor management

Hi Trish. Thank you for your message. We are happy to help. In looking at your order, we do have it in house. If you look at the item on our website it states that these ship anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks but explains that these come from Canada and they are having employee issues in their factories b/c of labor shortages. If you'd like to give us a call we would be happy to discuss it with you and your options if you are not willing to wait. In regards to a charge on your card, you may want to review that again. We show that no charge was made to your card at all. When an order is placed, our system does put an automatic approval on your card to insure that it was typed in correctly and that there is credit to cover the payment once your order is shipped. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. If you have any questions or we can discuss this further, please give us a call on Monday and we will be happy to discuss your order with you. 877-595-8543. We look forward to hearing from you. John

I just ordered some chaise lounges and the representative I spoke to was helpful in deferring delivery. She even sent me a confirming email for the specific date.
