Ordered and excited to receive it soon.
I had already picked out the swing and wanted to ask some questions before ordering. All my questions were answered. The next steps were explained and I was delighted to find that one was shipped today.

Website was easy to use and pictures detailed everything nicely! Product descriptions and sizing was easy to follow. Check out the videos detailing how the products are built; it really helps you appreciate that it’s built in the USA!

It been a month since I received an email that my order had been approved. Since I have gotten no notice about my order.

If you ever have any questions on the status of your order, please reach out and we are happy to give you personal attention. In looking at your order, it actually shipped out yesterday. Probably before this review was submitted. It takes about a day for the information to cycle through and get updated in our system but look for an email from us a little later today with the shipping information. Proactively, Holly helped avoid a mistake in my order - Thank you!
While I have not received our order yet the experience has been great thus far. After placing my order online I was contacted by Holly. She just wanted to be sure that I ordered the correct cushions for our Berlin Gardens pieces. Her inquiry helped find a mistake in my order helping to avoid self inflicted frustration later.
