Just got it. Seems to work the few times we have used it. Our dog is so hairy, not always sure we get the prongs to touch her skin. However it does work so far. Only got it a few days ago, so still early days into the training,

Collars were outstanding. I was worried about thickness but they are just what I wanted. I was able to get all 4 dogs new collars along with updating their e fence collars from pinch close to buckle close as carpel tunnel I can’t work pinch style. Now they all match and my husband can finally tell the difference in whose collar is whose.
