Faulty collar purchase
I came in and exchanged the tt15 I bought on line for a tt15 mini. When I got home and charged it and turned it on, it will only blink red. I contacted outdoor dog supply and was told I had to drive back in to exchange it, which is a 45 minute drive each way. I’m hoping they will send me a return label to exchange it but it’s been 2 days with no word

Once we learned you had driven about 45 minutes, our team immediately offered a mail-in exchange so you wouldn't have to make another trip to our store. Because this item contains a rechargeable lithium battery, federal hazardous materials shipping regulations prevent us from providing a prepaid return label. However, if you mail the collar back and include a copy of your shipping receipt, we'll reimburse your return postage when we process your warranty. We'll also expedite your replacement collar to get it back to you as quickly as possible. Please give us a call or reply to your previous email so we can help get this resolved.
