Received my e collar within two days of ordering. While I ordered online, I did phone in with a few questions prior to placing my order and the gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. So far the collar has been great too! Will definitely shop outdoor dog supply in the future. Thanks again!

They look amazing, wish they came in smaller sizes as I have to cut two of them to fit my JRT's. Very pleased with the quality and speed of shipment
