Timely service with beautiful craftsmanship, so your dog not only looks good but has the proper equipment for the most effective working dog and or pet.

Yes I have received my order Thank you so much I had ordered collars before but when they came my one dog has such a big neck and it was way to tight.

Purchased a Astro 430 in two dog collars march 17, when I receive them I realized one of the colors was very large and one was a mini so I called them back to turn the large one in for a mini, the lady was very pleasant and said OK I’ll have them call you back that was a week ago, so I called again a few days later and said I just want to make sure that they got my message yes they’ll call you back well it’s been six days now and I have not yet received an email or been contacted by outdoor dog supplyThe reason I went to them instead of going directly to Amazon because I heard they were great on customer service so I want to go directly to them, so far it has not worked for me that way

I received the leash, very well made and will refer others.

Outdoor Dog Supply is awesome. If something isn't right, they call to check on things. They are very speedy with answering emails. They are overall very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Delivery is always fast, even back orders are sent as soon as they get the items in, which we never had to wait very long. Maybe a week for backorders. I love shopping at Outdoor Dog Supply, exceeds expectations every time!
