I like that I'm supporting a family owned business, the communication on the website is clear and concise, products are good quality as what I've ordered before has held up well, and the prices seem fair. Since I have 7 dogs it was nice to order several collars for the price I would pay for one at the store here AND have my telephone number on them.

Ordered a couple of collars for my doberman's. Most collars only last a day or two with them. They have been in these for over a week and no signs of any damage. Needless to say, I cannot be happier!
