Outdoor Dog SupplyReviews of outdoordogsupply.com

I got my order in a short time it was what they described very happy with product. My 2nd time doing business with you and will continue to do so thank you

Collars fit perfectly and the the info on the brass plates are easy to read. Also, the refractive strips are very bright.

Super quick delivery, excellent customer service. Would 100% recommend.

Great quality! Fast shipping!

Item received as advertised, in timely manner.

I have been buying dog things from Outdoor Dog Supply for quite a few years. I have always been impressed by their quick service and reasonable prices. Today I called and talked with a customer service representative about the hunter orange collar I had ordered last week, with a personalized brass nameplate. It came, and is exactly what I wanted, but I measured my Susie’s neck incorrectly and the collar is a bit too small. I could sense the smile on the on the person’s face when she cheerfully advised me that the $3.84 ‘returns/exchanges’ fee I had paid would buy me a remake of the collar, in the larger size. The nameplates ODS uses are embossed with lettering in a readable font, and should last a lifetime. I am very happy!

Shipping was way faster than what I expected (2 days) came in at the same time as my gunner kennel ordered both on the same day around the same time. But the shipping company hid the package where I couldn’t find it on my porch (not outdoor dog supplies fault) but overall the collar works great my dog doesn’t seem to mind the bulky part of the collar. Works great came fully charged. No complaints will order again!!

Great web site, was able to quickly make my purchase.. arrived at my mailbox in great condition . Looking forward to any additional future purchases!!
