I found exactly what I was looking for on your website. The process from start to finish was very easy and I received my product very quickly! I will definitely shop with you again and refer you to others! Your pricing was the best I found too.

ODS has figured what people want and need in a dog collar. I can't say I'll always go to them for a dog collar because I may never need another dog collar. Best of the best! The free brass tag is the final touch.

I ordered an refurbished Alpha 2 weeks ago. The description stated the unit would have birdseye, but it doesn't. Can someone please advise if this must be downloaded or what the deal is? Thanks. Christian James
