I chanced upon Ouros Jewels while looking for an engagement ring. My wife's ring size is 6.25. A lot of brands don't offer a quarter size option. After placing the order, I responded to Vijay Sarkheliya of Ouros Jewels, asking if they could do a 6.25. He agreed to do it and kept me updated with every stage of the process. My wife was delighted with the ring. Next, she asked if a wedding band was out there which fit nicely with the engagement ring. I contacted Ouros Jewels again and placed my request. I also stated that I wanted to receive comfortably before the wedding day. Vijay assured me of that. No prizes for guessing what transpired after that. I've just got my 14k gold chain and diamond Cross. I got two of the same chains. Just in case once breaks but highly unlikely. Great job making this perfect chain. I truly love this chain so much already.

My 3 carat brilliant cut diamond studs came out so beautiful and the light and fire from the cut is fabulous. Ouros is quite literally the definition of poor customer service and fraud. Even if you like the ring they make (great at selling you lies) they will intentionally lie to customs and cause you financial distress in trying to secure the ring with illegal advice. I have literally had to escalate the matter of my ring to a credit card dispute and filed a grievance with the National Jewellers Association. The head of sales admits in writing that they use false documentation in an effort to avoid import taxes and duties. Then after promising a refund for the cost of the penalty you will have to pay to receive the ring they will deny this refund and reply once a business day before ghosting you with excuses.

This was my second purchase from Ouros. Both times the communication was outstanding (responsive, friendly, and professional). I couldn't be happier with the beautiful jewelry we have received and will definitely be back for future purchases. I highly recommend them for your next purchase.
