I have not received my order as of…
I have not received my order as of today 2/1/24. Received a notice of shipment over 10 days ago but nothing has been received.

We shipped the order from our location on January 29th, and it was delivered on February 2nd, as per the tracking details. Despite our commitment to deliver the order by February 1st, it was delayed by one day due to a holiday with the shippers. It seems that you left a review before actually receiving the parcel and forgot to remove it. We have attempted to reach out to you through email and phone in order to address this issue, but unfortunately, we have not received any response from you.

Custom process is great!
This was my second time working with Ouros, specifically with Dhruv and it's been great. The first time I changed my mind about the stone Shape on my custom design so decided to put that on hold. Dhruv was very understanding and patient throughout the process. A few months later I then decided to customize a standard setting they carry, and was very specific about the type of diamond and size I wanted. Again Dhruv was very patient and gave me many stone options until I decided on one. I look forward to working with him again on my custom engagement ring once I decide on the stone shape!

still have not recieved earrings.On…
still have not recieved earrings.On 1-5-2024 I called their Texas number and the guy sounded very out of it and he said he will call me back when he gets an update!! They dont tell me who is delivering them, nor a tracking number.i think im being scammed

The order was promptly sent out from our facility on the 12th of January, and the package reached its destination on the 17th of January. The tracking information confirms that the delivery was successful. I want to notify the Community that once the product is completed, we will share a video of the final product with the buyer. Once they confirm the video, we will proceed with shipping their order. In your case, we followed the same process by sharing a streamable video via email and contacting you through multiple calls and emails to make sure you had the opportunity to review and confirm the product. Once we got your confirmation, we quickly dispatched.
