I purchased diamond earrings in Old European cut. When I was sent the lab reports, IGI listed the diamonds as Round Brilliant cut, and the cut grade was fair. That was not at all what I purchased. Vijay, then told me that Old Euro Cut and Round Brilliant cut are the same thing. I contacted IGI lab who prepared the lab report, and they said that is absolutely not true. Of course Old Euro and Round Brilliant cuts are distinctly different. Vijay refuses to acknowledge this. The videos of the diamonds do not reflect the diamonds in the IGI report. Vijay is very flippant and refuses to refund me. This is bait and switch. He is committing fraud. I have reported him to several agencies.

I have bought many loose diamonds, sapphires, and emeralds, lab & natural, from them before, and they can really cut anything. The stones are very beautiful. I still have many projects in progress with them and can't wait to order more.

Some of the best customer service I’ve received in the jewelry business. I worked with Vijay and he and his team were excellent. He checked in often with updates and sending me images and videos of the stones, CAD designs, and final product. He was very attentive, responsive, and accommodating. The jewelry is very high quality and well crafted and for an excellent price. I got quotes from many local and online jewelers and Ouros was able to get the peice I wanted for almost 1/3 the price of all the other jewelers.
