Excellent quality and service!
Communication throughout the process was excellent. Video and pictures of the diamond were provided for my review and approval prior to the ring being made. They accommodated my shipping needs and they provided a tracking number so that I was aware of the rings location. The ring arrived within three days from date shipped. The ring is lovely! The diamond sparkles and the gold is shiny. It’s my new favorite ring! I will likely buy more jewelry from them as I have confidence in their quality and service!

Engagement and Wedding Band!
I purchased my engagement and wedding band from Ouros and the process was so easy and the final product is amazing. They were able to customise my engagement ring to exactly how I wanted it and it fit perfectly with my wedding band. They keep you updated throughout the entire process. Both production and shipping was really fast. We were beyond happy with our experience with Ouros and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Blue diamond upgrade
Always great working with this team and company. Requested a 1.5 ct blue trillion cut, purchased it then they upgraded me to the same stone at 1.62 ct at no additional cost. Continued business in the future!
