Wonderful experience working with Vijay and Aman to make my custom pear shaped diamond pendant! The diamond is exceptional with absolutely no bow-tie and sparkles beautifully. The team responded to my many questions kindly and promptly, usually within minutes! They were beyond patient with me as they provided multiple CADs to create my vision. The final product is truly perfect!

Their customer service kept in contact with me the entire time the piece was being created. They answered every email I sent. They offered installments which helped me to be able to purchase my ring. I've had my eye on it for a few weeks. I love the ring.

From the moment I placed my order, I was contacted through WhatsApp and updated about my ring throughout the process. I received videos and information about the diamond used and the actual ring. Last minute, I added an additional ring to be stacked with the one I ordered. It was customized as I wanted exactly and sent for my approval at a very affordable price. The product shipped from India to CA super quick with a reliable company. The rings are prettier in person and stack so well.
