I’m absolutely delighted with my ring. The quality is excellent, and every detail shows great craftsmanship. It’s beautiful, elegant, and exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy with my purchase!

The customer service from Vijay was great. The initial custom ring needed to be resized as a result of the gemstone configuration and size. Vijay worked with us to ensure the final delivered product was to our specifications. Great patience and attention to detail. Well worth the costs.

Fantastic professional service. I really appreciated being kept updated throughout the custom order process. The order arrived in the expected timeframe and turned out better than I expected. I very much appreciate the professionalism in this business and I hope others have a good experience as well. My order shipped to the USA, and no problems were encountered.

Nice quality. It just took longer than I expected.

Easy to buy, very quick and thorough responses from customer support, felt very confident throughout the entire process. Stones came quickly and were extremely high quality. Would definitely shop here again.

I ordered a bracelet with lab diamonds that look like bubbles. From the moment I placed my order Vijay was in contact with me via email letting me know where my bracelet was in fabrication and eventually in transit. His customer service was exceptional. I received my bracelet today and it is exactly what was shown to me in renderings. I love it and will be ordering again from them.

My experience with this company was great. Customer service gets 100% product is beautiful and shinny. I will definitely do business with them again.

Working with the designer was amazing from start to finish. The process was amazing. I got to see the ring from the auto cad design then through the process all stone information Gia information is given up front to approve. The rep communicated with me from start until I received ! Even more beautiful than i expected !! Love it.
