Shipping internationally to India has proven to be challenging amid the Pandemic and we wish we could have done more to expedite your order. Chances are your package may have gotten lost in transit. Hi Mr. Wheatley, I am sincerely sorry that your products did not arrive in time for your anniversary. However, I do think it is a bit extreme that you’re posting about this situation again in December when you had ordered back in August. We already issued you a FULL refund in the amount of $24.18 via PayPal on September 13th at 11:19 am. Please check your PayPal. I am sure the situation was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
